When I went to the Doc last time I am on the verge of having to have meds to control my Sugar. This does not make me happy. SO I jumped back on Spark and enlisted help from my family and friends. After 1 week i can feel the difference in the way that I feel and I can tell when I eat somethign that raises my sugar. The weekend is the toughest for me, but I think I made some good choices. I also think that I have a long way to go to make good choices all... So leason learned!!!! <BR> <BR> One good thing is that one of the "girls" noticed that I had lost a few lb. That makes the efforts worth it even more. No sugar problems, my chorlestoral was always normal too. Well, that is not the fact now. Well I have no choice to watch what I eat because I slipped off the wagon on Thursday and Friday was not any better. Everyday I know that I have to think about what I am doing in regards to eating. I have started the year off not bad. I joined WW before Thanksgiving to me keep me awear of what I was eating. It seemed to work, I lost 2 lb. I have not done this in years. I think I wanted it more then the kids. The park was wet but still they wanted to play. While the kids were sliding down the slide Mandi and I did sprints in the stones on the play ground. She won, big surprise. They we tried Jumping Jacks, that was not easy. Wow, how fast the weight comes on and how slow it comes off. I had lost 35 lb at WW the last time I joined. That was last year in March up until October of this year. I have gained back 15 lb in 3 months. I know what I am eating is wrong, but I can't seem to stop putting the food in my mouth. I want to try but I have lost the drive.
