Mon, 21 Jun 2010 17:23:21 EST 9 days in to this program and still motivated I made my weakly goal for 90 min. of exercise a week. : ) so excited. I beginning to work this in to my daily routine. give it a month and hopefully it will start being more of a habit. Still have to talk my self in to my new life style, though it is getting easier every day and I do feel better Not so crabby all of the time. It isn't just fun but addicting. I have done my exercises getting ready to study for my finals tomorrow.
