Two teams (5 members from my office, 7 members from theirs), $25 per person, and an individual challenge as well. Mine's yes. <BR> <BR> I used to think that no was my power word. I would go to a restaurant with friends or family, and I would say no to the bread sticks, no to the extra sauce, and no to dessert. <BR> <BR> I'd feel very proud of myself after the fact, but I was littering my life with a lot of no's. Not really sure why; I got plenty of sleep, and I've been eating well (read: healthy) today. Just feeling slow as can be. <BR> <BR> But I walked home from work!
