Mon, 18 Jul 2011 10:18:59 EST The running is on hold http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4198995 Well, after my running started quite well, i have fallen right behind schedule. <BR> <BR> I went to Venice at easter - OMG I think its my new favourite place its a great city I loved every minute there...my hotel room was amazing fresco painted walls and marble pillars with bronze statues of cherub flying around the ceiling - it was a wonderful weekend. But I ended it banging my toe on the bedroom door and breaking it. :( ouchie it still really hurts one week later. It certainly slowed me down, however on the positive side the 4 minutes recovery dropping down to 3 minutes didnt seem to have too much of an impact. I was coming in a little short on 2 minutes about 10 secs so I am almost there, I should be able to improve by 10 seconds next time though ! <BR> <BR> Today my legs are a little achy so... The first minute is by far the worst the others are ok. Even on my cross training days I have either erm cross trained or been skiing and one day i did a yoga class. I seem to be gaining energy from out of nowhere.
