I just wrote a blog yesterday, but I figured I'd write again today. I've been putting off setting goals, cause I'm just not sure what kind of small goals I should set for myself. I've got my final weight loss goal, but still trying to figure out short term goals. Does anyone have any suggestions? Except for the exercise portion. I've been battling a chest/head cold for the past week, and it's kicking my ass. I'm not sure if it's just the cold, or a combo of the cold and my thyroid.
