I set up my body page on body building.com yesterday which was really time consuming but I think it will be worth it. I did all the one rep max tests and was surprised how good I did. My highest was the dead lift at 71 lbs. I woke this morning feeling great and did some more weight work. I love the feeling of sore muscles.
