Whether I am studying, in class, or working, i am always doing SOMETHING. Because of this i have been burning out a lot lately. SO last night i decided to take a break from my studies and took a night to myself. (I even did my nails!) I went to bed early too so i got 10+ hours a sleep. How great that feels! I am so recharged now, and I'm ready to tackle my goals for the day health wise and studying wise.... I'm paying for it all by myself, and i am aiming for a 4.0, so i am constantly doing something other than relaxing. I feel like i never get time to just lay down and breathe. SO tonight i am doing just that. I think this time to myself tonight will make me feel refreshed and charged to get ready for tomorrows busy today. yes, i am setting myself up for having to do MORE stuff tomorrow, but i think it will be worth it to have a break to destress. The Tone It Up program created by Katrina and Karina have introduced "Booty Call" as a early morning cardio. The principle behind this is that you get up 30 mins earlier and get your cardio in. I love this idea because i dread getting cardio done. If i do it first thing in the morning, than i have less time to tell myself not to do it. <BR> Doing cardio in the am gives my day a kickstart.
