Rode 12 miles on my bike to celebrate! This was not just any bike ride - this 12 miles included the leg killer hill. This is a hill I have never been able to ride up - not even when I was a kid and riding my bike around the neighborhood was a way of life. Invariably I would end up walking the bike up the hill. Even in the morning the heat was nasty. This morning had a 12.25 mile bike ride - took me an hour. Once again the heat sucked the air out of my lungs and made the ride very hard.
