Originally, it came from a boot camp class that I did a few years ago and now try to do it every so often around Chrsitmas. <BR> For each day, you do the prescribed activity and each preceding activity until you get to day 1 just like the song. Fri, 5 Dec 2014 18:52:37 EST 90 Day Burpee Challenge A friend sent this to me and I am seeing how many consecutive days that I can go: <BR> Last Monday was 90 days until Summer so for the next 90 days I am doing a burpee a day. Day one is one burpee, day 2 is two burpees until you do 90 burpees in a day <BR> I probably can not do them all at once and so I will split them up when I get up into the higher numbers. Mon, 31 Mar 2014 19:47:45 EST Yikes Just finished updating my food for the last two days and I am eating way way too much food based on calories. I need to get back on track and eat much better. The doughnuts in the break room have been my achilles heel lately. Fast Food last two days as well. Thu, 5 Aug 2010 22:20:46 EST Week That Was - 08/29 - 09/05 Not too bad a week eating wise. I ate out less this week which is a good thing. I ate too much junk food which is a weakness. I did get more running in this week than I did in the past and I burned almost 4,000 calories. I still eat out too much which I need to cut back on. My schedule for the next 2 weeks will be less hectic so I can eat in more and eat out less. <BR> I just started doing the 100 hundred pushups program( I plan to do 100 pushups in one try by the end of September. <BR> Missed 1 day of running which made me me miss a goal of burning 3500 calories a week by about 150 calories. <BR> Here is to having a better next week with a few improvemen... Need to do a better job of avoiding tempting foods and fast food. Also need to do a better job of eating at regular intervals instead of going without food for a period of time especially breakfast and dinner.
