I like the scale at the gym much better than the doctors office !!! <BR> The doctor's scale put me at 324 last Tuesday and I don't think that I could have lost 4 pounds in 5 days. I had a little muscle pull in my back and was out of commission for a little bit. Started feeling better today and it felt really good to get back to the gym after some time off. Went to the gym yesterday and taking today off. My eating is going great !! In 9 or 10 days of tracking, I have only gone over my calories for the day twice. Those 2 times were only over by 100 calories and it was from good food, no junk. My calorie deficit for each day (calories used vs. taken in) has averaged - 1500.
