I thought with all the work I had done surely I was out of obsese. Well was 34%. I have to say I was disappointed. But he talked to me and it is possible I am not eating enough fat and protein to get leaner and gain muscle. The weight didn't bother me. Sooooo a few weeks ago decided to go to the dr. after having bad stomach issues but also a pain in my boob that really freaked me out. It just hurt and didn't feel exactly right. When I went to dr. she did an exam and said she didn't think there was anything there but she was going to send me for a mammagram and an ultrasound just to be safe.
