The test consist of push up, sit ups, and a 1 1/2 mile run. Now I've never had any trouble with the sit ups; I can do sit ups for days but my kryptonite is the push ups and the run time. I have long monkey arms so push ups are always tough for me but despite my size I am a decent runner. So today I tested myself on my run time and I have shaved 30 sec. off my run time from 6 months ago. Ohh did I mention that I have not run hardl... I have lost 40lbs in 4 months. I have always been active but I have a slow METABOLISM so it's been hard for me to lose weight. However, my wife introduced me to some home workout programs and a meal replacement shake that has helped me lose the weight and keep it off. The best part is I can still eat.
