I just pushed myself to show up. I ended up doing 4 different excercises for shoulders. 3 stomach excercises and 30 mins cardio. The great thing is I really didn't want to do cardio. I ended up using the treadmill, I did 5 mins warm up, 5 mins run, 10 mins speed walk, 5 mins 10% incline and 5 mins cool down. So happy since I felt amazing afterwards. Whatever stress I was feeling or lack of emotional strength and not being motivated... As much as I was bummed at losing 20 lbs and then gaining back 10, I am letting it go. Today is a new day to be in love with myself. The only way to do that is to let myself feel the pain, but now move on. I refuse to beat myself up. I love that I was able to boost my next level in one day. I read as much as possible to motivate myself and trust that I will do fine. Most of all, I am not alone. There are many Sparkpeople here to support me if not my immediate family an...
