As I was sitting waiting for the doctor to come, I realized that I have lost 30 lbs from my heaviest. I have a tendency to base my weight loss on my last weigh in rather than my starting weight, which is discouraging when I don't lose weight. I believe having that mind set is the reason why I have always lost motivation to continuing eating right and exercising. Now I am going to end that cycle and continue to eat right and ... Unfortunately I did not take my measurements before starting the workout; I also had horrible eating habits so there was not a big difference in weight loss.
