I have learned so much about this process and about me. My initial goal weight was 155 then I changed it to 150 but now that I am 139 I think I want to get down to 135. So last week I increased my calories by about 100 calories which put me still more than 300 calories less than what I should be eating in maintenance. Well this week I setup my food tracker for the day of what I would be eating and when it came to some of the meals, I couldn't eat any or all that I had listed so I ending up about 4 days this week more than 400 calories less than what I should be eating.
