If I had known how fun running was, I would have started a long time ago. The running bug has now bitten my 16 and 8 year old daughters. I've accomplished that by drinking at least 32 ounces of water everyday. Most days I drank 64 ounces. <BR> This week, I'm going to focus on taking my lunch to work daily. I've realized most of my weight comes from eating in the car and eating out for lunch. <BR> Day one of taking lunch to work was a success: Grilled tilapia, couscous, and stir fried prince edward medley. Work, busy lifestyle, and health concerns temporarily sidetracked me, but I'm back at it. I will take 2013 one day at a time and focus on one goal at a time. <BR> I have figured out how to incorporate work skills into my weight loss. During counseling sessions, I often encourage clients to change one bad habit at a time. I will now use that skill to retool my weight loss. <BR> This week I will focus on drinking more water.
