Yes, I said it in caps, because I am SO GLAD! Come on weekend! The old place was turned upside down for a month with all the sorting/organizing and packing. Now the new place is a disaster. BUT--it is s.l.o.w.l.y coming together. For 2 years, we'd been 45 minutes away from work and our son and it was taking a toll on everything. We finally moved back into Kalamazoo so we can be closer to everything. Pleasantly surprised with my weight loss this week. I weighed in every other day this week, so I could really stay on top of my final goal. I don't want these last 5 to be stubborn. The last pound from each goal was super hard to lose. I just want to get to my goal weight and figure out how to maintain it. I have collected a bunch of workouts for February and started them today! My first time working out in probably a year. WOW! It was sure hard, but it FELT. SO. GOOD. Exercising really is addicting. After the first routine I planned, I wanted to do more and looked for others so I could really have that great, exhaustive feeling in each part of my body. It was a thrill! I was really excited to weigh in today because I'd been checking in a few times this week to make sure I was on track. I lost .5 lbs this week and am .5 lb away from completing my 2nd goal. I am a little anxious about the food choices for the upcoming holidays. Not only from the stand point of trying to watch my portion size and healthy choices, but also the fact that I need to stay gluten free. I have hit my goal weight! I can finally start the 2nd half of my journey to lose the next 10 lbs. With this last goal, I made myself lose 12 lbs. so I would be to a number with a zero at the end. I started exercising 3 days a week and am feeling great about it. I was less tired and in a better mood.
