So...something I never thought would happen in my lifetime was seeing myself in the store buying a bikini. I mean its like everyone is gonna see what you look like in your underwear, right? Well recently a bunch of my friends have been telling me that I look better than how I see myself. I honestly don't consider myself skinny, but many of my friends tell that I am. The other day at work (old navy) I was helping a customer who wanted a pair of sweatpants, I informed her we only had size small... Fri, 28 Oct 2011 13:21:35 EST Spark People Has Made Me a Completely New Person (Pictures Included!!) Before Spark people I wasn't a very happy person. On the outside I kept a smile on my face and lived my day to day life, but on the inside I was disgusted with the person I came to be. For years I had been dreaming of the perfect "Marilyn", and active girl, who enjoyed exercise, ate the right foods, was social, outgoing, fun, and most of all HAPPY!

Looking back now, I have come to realized what a change I have made in my life, physically, more more emotionally. Sat, 1 Oct 2011 23:57:28 EST In The Words of Hannah Montana and Winston Churchill Ever since I was about 10 years old I have been off and on these so called “diets”, I tried weight watchers multiple time, which ended up being a waste of my moms money, but what my true problem was is that I had this preconceived notion that I had to be perfect. I had an all or nothing type of attitude that brought inevitable failure to my weight loss efforts. The Reason that I am able to lose the weight this time around is that I realized that I am not perfect… fact as Hannah Montana pu... Wed, 14 Sep 2011 12:00:03 EST 50 Pounds!!! Wooo Hooo.... Wed, 31 Aug 2011 15:16:09 EST Its ALL in Your Head...The Power of Positive Thinking. One thing that I have come to find while losing weight is that it is more about your mental state than anything else. For example, how many decisions do you make in one day? How many do you make that affect your health/weight? A LOT!
-hmmm chocolate or banana?
-gym or tv?
-stairs or elevator?
-take one more scoop, or not?
Little decisions like these are crucial to your weight loss. Making the RIGHT decisions are the key to success.

and that bri... Thu, 25 Aug 2011 21:53:13 EST You Know Your A Sparker When....... Sun, 7 Aug 2011 21:48:23 EST 7/26/11 - A Realization..... Craving Success Rather than Expecting Failure This morning I had a 5:45 am boot camp workout class and it was great. I felt challenged and had fun. After I got home I just had this feeling...I wanted to go for a run. It was such a nice day outside so I decided that I would do a mile maybe two just so I didn't waste such good weather, during my run I found myself wanted to do better, to do more than I planned. So I ran a 5k. Even after going through boot camp that morning I craved going for a run.

Did I just day that? I craved ... Fri, 8 Jul 2011 22:42:02 EST July Accountability Post # 7 - 7/7/2011 Not such a good day Today Today started off good with a workout with my friend and my sister, but my eating habits were just terrible, I might be a little over exaggerated, but I am just upset with myself. The good part is that I know the this little mistake is just for today, because I have control and tomorrow is a new start. This won't effect me longer than it lasted, just one day.

Tomorrow I will make up for it with ultra time in the gym, my goal is to burn 1000 calories! Thu, 7 Jul 2011 23:31:26 EST July Accountability Post# 6 - 7/6/2011 Today was a good day, although I had a busy day at work and I had to do a lot of household work, I still managed to get a 2 mile run in. Tomorrow will be a hard day because I might be going to an amusement park or to a water park, but I am dedicated to working out in the morning. Wed, 6 Jul 2011 22:39:10 EST July Accountability Post #5 - 7/5/11 JUST KEEP RUNNING! So today my goal was to run four miles on the treadmill, while running that goal changed to running a 5k under 35 minutes, which I did! The whole time I was running I kept thinking 150's get to the 150's, JUST KEEP RUNNING! So in doubt, Just keep running....haha

Today I feal I ate really healthfully, and my body feels good because of it. Tue, 5 Jul 2011 23:48:11 EST July Accountability Post #4 - 7/4/11 Happy Fourth of July Today I mustered up enough courage to run outside, where people can see me (even though ppl can see me at the gym, I have always just had a fear of judgement while outside). I ran 2.5 miles in 30 minutes and the whole time I felt really confident, I kept thinking about how when I am driving and I see people running on the side of the road I think "Good for them". So when I was running today I pictured others thinking the same about me. The one bad part was the heat, next time I will have to g... Mon, 4 Jul 2011 23:25:06 EST July Accountability Post#3 - 7/3/11 Today I had to be at work super early but I got off at a good time, When I got home I crashed, the last couple of night I have had a rough time sleeping. So I took a three hour nap, I was pretty much exhausted the rest of the day and when it came to go to the gym I wasn't having it.

I then thought about someone who once posted something on Sparkpeople about how no matter how they feel they will at least get to the gym and do 10 minutes, after that ten minutes if they truly still di... Sun, 3 Jul 2011 23:00:17 EST July Accountability Post #2 - 7/2/11 With fourth of July just around the corner the break room and my job is filled with treats, I am proud to say I fended them all off and stuck with my healthy meal I brought from home. Today was such a long day at work that I am way to exhausted to even think about exercising ( I am struggling to keep my eyes open right now), but I stayed within my calorie range and I am happy with that. Fri, 1 Jul 2011 23:56:33 EST I am soooo Annoyed Right Now!!!! AAHHHHHHHHHHH (Before and After Picture Update!!) I am in the middle of a plateau right now, I have been stuck at 183 for about two weeks now, this is driving me nuts! I want to hit the 170's so bad, but I feel like my body isn't ready. I haven't been in the 170s for about three years and it would make me estatic for the scale to read even 179.8. Right now I am so frustrated because my weight is going nowhere while I am working my butt off. I eat just over 1200 calories and day and work out almost every day, why isnt it coming off? I read in... Thu, 17 Mar 2011 22:00:58 EST I Motivate Others?!?!? ~CrAzY~ I LOVE SPARK PEOPLE! I never ever ever ever thought that someone would see me as motivation.
