However, I'm tighter already. Stomach is a little under 30 inches (was 31 a bit ago), waist is a little under 25 (was 26 for a looooong time), and my thighs are 20 and 20.5 (which is huge for me, my thighs never shrunk before). I was unable to move from my bed for a full week, couldn't even lift my head for a long time, and was still blacking out from walking the next week.
