Stop logging, exercising regain the weight back up to 261lb. Have no no energy at all to get up in the mornings to exercise like i use to. eating out of control. I dont like feeling like this and dont like my body. Today is the first day to get on track. I know i can do this and i will! Changes in my live in those past months, my boyfriend moved down to Missouri and he loves to cook and he hates chicken. Pretty much stop watching the calories. Mike my son was admitted to the hospital last month for medication problem and ended up with Pneumonia was in the hospital for 9 days. Six of it in icu.He is home and doing better. Last year was 2 hours 33 min. <em>9</em> 29 mins better this year. In the woods, large hills, across the river twice,( it was up from the rain) and going in the mud pit. I have to get my eating under control when i'm stress. Did good with the exercise everyday this week except one day. But i don't think that counts to much if you are not eating right. Sat, 9 Feb 2013 18:28:06 EST The C word I'm mom is 70 years old and DX with stage 2, about less then 1/2in area, breast cancer yesterday. Went to see the doctors yesterday about treatment. She will be doing test friday and see more doctors next week to see if she needs radiation. Taking the area out on the 18th. Alot of information in one day. The good new is that it's very small and at this time we don't know if it has spread yet. The doctors could not feel the lesion. The mammogram detected it. It was not their last year. I can'... Can't do the 2 mins tried but just sob <em>24</em> . Today did a 5 mins warm up walk then a fast walk 4mins then run after every 4 mins. longest run was 1.5 mins times 2. 30 seconds longer then before, total 30 mins 1.9 miles with two 1.5min run and 2 ) 1 mins runs.I'm going to continue to work on it. Saturday night stayed up untill 3:30 am to paint it yellow and place tile flooring down. I had a hard time keeping track of the foods. My body is changing, I have the cravings, bloating for 2 1/2 weeks now and aunt flow is still not here ( 2 1/2 weeks late) thinking need to make a doctors appointment. I did a 5k last weekend by myself ,we a little nervous due to didn't know anyone. My time was 53.28 mins which is a best time so far, did a little running inbetween the walking. It felt pretty good. Sat, 4 Aug 2012 22:27:35 EST A/C again Well had the a/c fix wednesday, they had to change a capitlor and was working good. Thursday afternoon it was 87 in the house. And the guy came back out and now the a/c inside is frozen. I'm having a time with it. o course when it's over 100 out side.
