Interesting week to say the least! :) KINGS food is back to basics (non refined, unaltered, etc) while MANS food is altered in any fashion. The only thing that I have heard ... I rented a knee walker to get around at work during that time. However, it happens to be the WORSE knee that was on the cart! After the 8 weeks I could walk on the boot.
