I can't believe it has been this long! Life has been busy and had it's ups and downs. I'm 3 years older and wiser, and only 4-6 lbs heavier.. Not bad?! <BR> <BR> I've come back to spark for stretches now and then to lose a couple pounds and get back down. I think last spring I used it and got to 144. My problem is the summers - all the cookouts, beer, float trips, etc!! And then the holidays are rarely kind to me as well. <BR> <BR> I decided to get back to posting for accountability an... Got an abs and the "butt buster" strength vids done, did GGCardio (kicked my butt again) and then I hit a pothole of sorts! GG kicked my butt today, having me go for 35 mins, but I did it! Have a feeling I'll be sore tomorrow, but no pain, no gain, right?! Didn't do my best eating, but have managed to stay within my calorie range, at least.
