I have learned so much through all of this it's not just about the number on the scale. I have become stronger and healthier through this. I have also learned that while I may not loose much weight. I'm loosing even more inches. I have worked hard but it's paid off in the end. This last week of course was a total bust for my workout routines but I'm getting back at it today. So to help motivate me, I wanted to go back and reflect on my progress. So far in the last 4 weeks, I have lost a total of 7.6 pounds,( of course for BLC 17 Weigh in, I was the same yesterday, today, I'm down 2 pounds. Today it's raining and storming really bad. I just want to stay in bed and not do anything. Plus aunt flow is visiting and I suffer some pretty bad symptoms. I'm really going to have to push to get my workout in today. It's strength training which I don't find as difficult as cardio. So that's good. Also I'm super excited about loosing so much weight this past week! I know it was prob alot of water weight. But I'm already down anot...
