THANKFUL_4U's SparkPeople Blog THANKFUL_4U's Blog on SparkPeople, home of free diet plans and a healthy living community Back at it... I have been doing pretty well getting my eating under control. Exercise is sporadic at the moment but working on making sure I get at least 10 minutes every day. I'm really loving healthy smoothies and what a great way to get so many fruits and veggies in. I am focusing on what is important to me and getting away from spending so much time doing things that just fill the time. I have had a habit of eating my feelings but I think I've gotten that pretty well under control. I had a very ba... Sun, 16 Feb 2014 14:11:40 EST It's an adventure... I haven't been active on SparkPeople for quite a long time. I decided in November 2012 that I need to get my act together. My divorce was completely finalized in November 2012 (divorced in March 2012 but the settlement part didn't happen until the beginning of November 2012).

I have struggled with the divorce and feeling worthless and struggling with being rejected...even though I left him. We are working on a group going and I plan to ride the entire ride. The more fit I am the more fun the ride! Mon, 5 Jan 2009 20:52:48 EST Doing well with the eating just have to get off my backside and move! I've been taking care of my MIL for a few weeks since she fell and isn't able to get around. I go to her house when I get up and don't come home until I get her settled in bed. It makes for some very long days. There isn't much to do at her house, I clean and do her laundry but since it's just her, there's not much to do besides make meals. I think I'm going to try to go for a short walk twice a day (I won't be gone long so she'll be ok and I'll get in some exercise I desperately need). ... Mon, 21 Jul 2008 17:40:51 EST Planning is key for me! I've discovered that planning my days (meals, exercise, etc.) is much more productive for me. As long as I don't OVER plan.
