I have decided to join a local cheap gym with everything you need there. There is no judging, no criticizing and has a very comfortable, at your own pace atmosphere. Fri, 13 Apr 2012 11:29:37 EST MOTIVATION Okay, so I had all the intentions in the world to get it done yesterday and again, nothing. I was sooo sleepy and couldn't do anything but cook dinner and lye down. As usual I couldn't sleep very well and was up and down all night using the bathroom. With this bladder, drinking 8 glasses of water a day and getting in my milk consumption is killing my bladder. I don't like taking medications for everything so the bladder thing will have to be dealt with later. I just don't want to stay too tir... Fri, 17 Feb 2012 14:07:08 EST Moving That Body I know I should be hitting the gym-mode in my mind but for some reason, it's taking everything in my power to get into it. Why? Well, I am always tired and in pain. I am always tired and in pain because I am overweight. So how do I resolve this dilemma? I want to start off exercising like an expert, but my body won't let me.
