There is no judging, no criticizing and has a very comfortable, at your own pace atmosphere. I have also found that since joining the gym, I have been sleeping a whole lot better. I know I should start off slow, but it's all or nothing as I see it. I was sooo sleepy and couldn't do anything but cook dinner and lye down. As usual I couldn't sleep very well and was up and down all night using the bathroom. With this bladder, drinking 8 glasses of water a day and getting in my milk consumption is killing my bladder. I don't like taking medications for everything so the bladder thing will have to be dealt with later. I just don't want to stay too tir... Why? Well, I am always tired and in pain. I am always tired and in pain because I am overweight. So how do I resolve this dilemma? I want to start off exercising like an expert, but my body won't let me. Everyone says start off slow, but slow won't give me the results I want. How do I get into the respect time frame of mind?
