I live with my Mom and Step dad. My Mom has been diagnosed with dementia, but some of the neurologist think that depression may be the major component of what is going on with her. <BR> <BR> She went in for a check up with her doctor and he made changes to her medications. I got up very late for me. I have felt unwell today, maybe just because of the lack of sleep. I have not been very hungry either. There was a heavy chlorine smell and people were sneezing, coughing and commenting about the smell. This was while we were having our aqua size class . I did not think any thing about it. I swam my laps, took my shower and headed home. I started coughing, and coughing and coughing. I can feel the burn in my throat and upper lungs. Not sure what I will do tomorrow. I was amazed how things worked out through out the day. When I went in to finish up my tracker, I found that I did not have so many carbs and calories that I needed to eat. I still need 71 for the day and have between 272 and 622 calories left. It was a real eye opener when i logged the things i ate at the salad bar. The combined totals really do add up. I looked at the alternatives at the deli we ate at and found that I need to look at the lower count sandwich options.
