Hubs wanted to save money by picking it up ourselves in NH thus paying no tax or delivery charge. And we were about to save $450 by assembling it ourselves. I guess I've learned a few things over the years because I bought some ratchet tie-downs and studied the truckers hitch knot ahead of time and both were needed. So when we bought our new house last October during our housing crisis we looked at the yard and thought-room for a swing set- check. When we went to look at swing sets we realized that a decent one would take up a lot of the yard. So I looked at the woods and walked around back there and thought that if we cut down a few trees we could put the swing set back there.
<img src="http://photosaws.sparkpeop... Secondly, I haven't bought many new clothes since I have lost weight. I live in my running clothes. Once you start wearing technical t-shirts and capris you realize how comfy and breathable they are and other clothes feel heavy. Other than my running stuff a have a pair of jeans and a pair of jean capris and that's about it. Of course I have about 6 pairs of ru... I really
like this work out because it takes right around an hour to get done and I have noticed significant strength improvement all over. Better than when I was doing my own t...
