I need to get the exercise part up and running more efficiently, but I'm feeling good about losing 3 lbs. The Zone diet helps immensly and I'm thankful for finding a tool (the only one I know of that works for me) that can help me lose weight and not be hungry and feeling deprived... i.e. The Zone Diet.
