I have gone through some good times and bad times in the past month. I have survived and made it through. I haven't made it to the gym as much as I would have liked. But I have made a point to park further away if possible. I started some new medication this week to help with my BP. My number have been crazy for the past 2 years. Missed 2 because of my daughter being sick. Couldn't take her with me and sure couldn't leave her alone. <BR> <BR> Been eating better and better. I notice that I am actually hungrier more often now. I get fed 2-3 times a week by the company that I work for. Sometimes I get to decide what I want. Other times we get whatever we get. My friends seems to love the fact that they feed me. Me too. But when you are watching what you eat it is hard sometimes. At first I did not eat. But eventually everyone felt that I was distancing myself.
