Good trip about 6 hr drive. Long & tired but uneventful. I also look at this as a test. No scale, going to do this right and stay on track. Under 1200 calories today after dinner. Snack? Will be well within my allotted calories. Not any exercise to speak of. 3,607 steps. Ok, not bad.
