I have done this 4 months in a row. It helps to track my numbers accurately and keep an eye on the clock. <BR> <BR> I find the "clockwatching" a bit hard to do but my last 4 months of success say it pays off. <BR> <BR> Tomorrow I get another Avastin shot in the eye so will work 5.5 hours and get off early for dr. appt.
