I've lost about 2 pounds but work outs are going better each day. Hope to be as healthy as I came be when I reach my goal. Long term, 115 and maintain it and get toned, mid term to get to the 115 and feel better with every day, short term is to loss a few pounds a month until I reach 115 and work out at least 5-6 days a week. <em>247</em> Tue, 16 Feb 2010 10:23:32 EST winter we are now in the midst of a winter storm, wind, snow. Might as well call it what it is AWHITE OUT.
