TCAVASOZ's SparkPeople Blog TCAVASOZ's Blog on SparkPeople, home of free diet plans and a healthy living community In flagrante delicto My partner took photos of me on Thursday and showed them to me last night. He wasn't hiding it/them, I knew he had taken them that night (I asked), he just...didn't. And I was busy so I didn't ask to see until then.

My vision of myself of sexy and perfect in that moment was shattered by the bold bright light of a flash and horrible proof of three distinct and in no way small rolls. Of an arm encircling my waist and sinking in to the flesh of my torso. Of two hands gripping my l... Sun, 29 Jan 2017 11:32:58 EST Now over 3 years later :) Wow...

As I look back at those other entries, I can barely believe myself. Not because I was so very different but because I had set myself some totally achievable goals and usually have a hard time doing that!

#1: For 2 years I was doing this> Walking 10,000 steps per day not including running. Let me tell you how hard that can be in a building that is barely 2000 sqft! I was often pacing and practising rote memorization just to keep moving.

#2: I never... Fri, 10 May 2013 15:51:34 EST Nearly 2 whole years later So....Its been a while since I posted here...4 days away from 2 years type of "a while". Looking back, I was so proud of myself for the running I was doing every day and the workouts with other women my age. I've since moved from that town and my life changed dramatically in these last 2 years. I managed to keep the weight off and down for the most part until last May when it slowly started to creep back on again due to stress from work and a very rural community in AK in which we dont hav... Fri, 29 Jan 2010 15:17:46 EST Workout Path 2/1/08 On my workout path, I am doing so well! I have managed to workout 6 days a week for at least 70 minutes a day for over a month now and though I am too scared to see what the scale says, I know that fantastic things are happening to me. First of all I am loosing my, um..pooch? I dont know what else to call it! Its that fantastic layer of fat right below my belly button and right above my girly bits and for years it has plagued me. While I was really active in Cardio Kickboxing I had it wa... Fri, 1 Feb 2008 15:57:01 EST Mondays Success I am always happy with the little successes in life. Right now I am getting the most joy out of running and improving myself (my distance and time) that way. Yesterday I ran 1 mile at 5.5 mph (11 min mile) and then pushed it again to 6 mph (10 min mile) for the last .5. I LOVE how good I feel afterwards. Much better than I felt on Saturday when I first did it :)

Sadly, I tried to follow that up with one of my harder kickboxing workouts and felt like I was going to die but at le... Tue, 22 Jan 2008 15:03:06 EST The Sunday switch So this week I'm going to short myself of 30 mins of cardio today in the efforts to get back on a more "normal" schedule for myself. Granted, I was already way over cardio time for this past week so I don't feel too bad about it :) I have a very sore right calf and can really feel a pull coming up my achilles (sp) tendon. Now, I KNOW that this is not good. The idea of running on a leg that has any kind of pulling feeling is totally turns me off and I would rather pay special mind to my fo... Sun, 20 Jan 2008 20:20:01 EST Intro to Spark Well, I joined SparkPeople because a girl here in town mentioned that she found it the other day and really liked it. Not one to pass by any way to log progress, nutrition and fitness habits without a pencil and grid paper, I looked into it. Nice.

I've been working out M-F since October with 2 other girls in town and needed to make a change. They too need to lose weight and like working out but dont push themselves in the way that I do and NEED to do for myself. The basic worko... Thu, 17 Jan 2008 16:03:23 EST
