I have lost 35lbs. Not exactly 10 lbs per month but close enough. I like how some of my clothing is fitting and I can't wait for the rest of the weight to go. It came with a life time worth of possessions that my parents who were both pack rats had collected and my 46 year old brother and his pack rat collection. My brother at one time was into running yard sales as a part time job. He stopped about 3 or 4 years ago when he got himself a good job but he has not stopped collecting and does not want to give up any of his possessions. I though it was a good idea at the time. Then when I got home I started to put things in the nutritional tracker. OK now I know I have made a mistake. Even though I tried very hard not eat too much I know now I have most likely gone over my calories for today (may be even this week).
