Very invigorating. Boy am I out of shape. Oh wait, I've always been out of shape...lol. That's OK. I was saddened that most of the creeks are dried up due to the lack of rain. A lot of dried, dead small trees and bushes. Hoping the rain comes soon. At least a few showers. <BR> <BR> On the plus side, I walked 6044 steps; that's 2.87 miles. Woot woot! Colt, on the other hand, must have run 6 miles the way he was running around the brush. It could have been much worse. The kid tried to play his own Dr. Apparently he's had stomach problems for a while hr didn't tell anyone about. He had been taking a mountain of ibuprofen to help with pain. The ibuprofen caused the ulcers to bleed.
