My tracker showed my steps at 9PM at about 2500, so I started walking in my living room. I died (heart and brain flat lined) twice, once for seven minutes all without major setbacks and I never got sick. I return home, I get the cold 4 times, the flu 3 times, Shingles, and now I might have pneumonia (all within two years).
