Tomorrow i get to return to work, but I am only allowed to wear pull-over shirts, which I have never done while teaching. For the last two days I have not been allowed to exercise, not allowed to use right arm (the surgery was to remove an unidentified lump in my right elbow). So all day I TRIED to play solitaire on Facebook and I snacked on junk food and I DID gain weight in the last two days, so I am glad to be returni... We had rice, but the sauce was a gravy base using the grease from the steak, the steaks with green and red bell peppers, sweet snap peas and onions. Not sure what terms to use to find something similar. I do not know the amount of any of the ingredients. Any ideas? I am trying to get everything caught up but medical procedures has been making it difficult. They also found two polyps, I will know later the results of the biopsy. But I am not worried.
