After an almost 60 mins walk in the morning, I left work and rode my bike for 35mins and then went SWIMMING for 15mins. I was so proud of myself to finally get in the water. When I changed my clothes - I initially omitted putting on the bathing suit, eventhough I had planned to and I had the swimming suit stuff with me. I went out and did it again this morning. But as one of the commentators said - Its about the day.

I need to be a travel agent. There was too much pressure by the devil and defenses failed. I did not exercise yesterday after work. I came home and rested and slept. I also missed an appointment but I'll blame that on the electricty cutting off for about 40 mins. But guess what - up at 4:30 a.m. out at 5a.m. and no bickering. I jogged and went further than planned because I felt good and I had the time. The air was cool and a light breeze. It was very quiet out. I was spiritually happy and... It wasn't a hard run but it wasn't a quarrelsome one either. The overcast conditions continued. Sadly, I'm again battling the devil. Failed to get up this morning to run. If I wasn't in the BLC I'd probably not exercise. Not sure what's the matter. I may be feeling anxious about something. I was able to do it immediately after work, because it was overcast. 5p.m. is usually really hot and humid but the threat of rain minimized those elements. Some have not sprouted - so they are dead. Some are sprouting but they are struggling. The broccoli and the radishes are doing well. I removed the weeds and gave them alot of water. I was tired and I thought I'd go home and sleep but I successfully resisted that urge. I rode for about 1.5hrs. I was happy I did it. To compliment my exercise, I came home and ate home made dinne... The doctor told him there is a simple informal test the husband could perform to give the doctor a better idea about her hearing loss.
"Here's what you do," said the Doctor. "Stand about 40 feet away from her and in a normal conversational speaking tone, see if she hears you. If not, go to 30... Fri, 15 May 2015 07:57:31 EST
