I was the last finisher by 3 minutes. The weather was beautiful. There was a full moon and looked like you could reach out and touch it. The stars were twinkling or winking at me to continue. I left work at 6:30 p.m. Got home by 7 p.m. Cooked some shrimp and had it with leftover rice. By 8 p.m. I'd eaten. I tried to read and I started to doze off. I abandoned it by 9 p.m. and went to sleep. I woke up about 5:30 a.m. this morning. I usually wake about 4 am. Yesterday was a similar situation - but I got up and still exercised. Heading back to work after a long weekend which I enjoyed thoroughly. Yesterday, I slept late than went to the gym for a ST workout. After the gym came home and did some personal work and some reading. Watched a local sporting - Track & Field event on TV as well as the Miami Open Tennis tournament.
