I haven't done a tri in about 2 years. It was fun - it was a sprint distance. It took place in Treasure Cay, Abaco which is a settlement in a nice island. The beach is like 10 miles of nothing but sand. <BR> It was 64 degrees Farenheit this morning at the start - that's cold for us. The high expected for today is about 70 degrees Farenheit and we consider that cold. The sun is out and no breeze. So we'll head out to another... Those gentlemen are now 19 and 25 respectively. I may have missed two Ride for Hopes but I thoroughly enjoy them. Last year they did not have it because of the hurricane in 2016. I rode 20 miles.
