Apparently, my niece's pressure is high and she has to go back on Thursday.

The seminar was okay, but I didn't feel well so I was restless. I finally went to the back and stood up. For the mid-morning break I did have a fruit, croissant and a danish. For lunch, my plate was 1/3 salad and the remainder was protein and carbs. I had to leave the seminar and walk to another meeting which was about 1 mile aw... I asked a friend to help me get my niece to the clinic and pick her up.

Goals for today:
Drink 8 gla... Yesterday, after arriving home I slept alot. I have sore spots not from laying down but from the marathon.

My lunch is packed and so is my exercise bag. Since I didn't go out this morning, the next available time is in the evening. It will be a stroll. I purchased a hula hoop which can be dismantled. It's quite heavy but it stays up really well. In reading reviews about hula hoops there were comments about t... I walked very very fast and managed to finish 6:35. The road had slight hills but not overly so. Its more the construction of the road rather than the terrain itself. The weather was warm but not sunny it was actually overcast. The predicted weather was a hihg of 73 degrees and when we started it was predicted to be about 51 degrees. Fri, 17 Apr 2015 10:01:00 EST ReDo http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5912196 I ate at least 3 freggies yesterday. Went over calorie goal by 500. Will retry again. Didn't exercise yesterday - eventhough I put on my clothes. During the day, I went to visit an old friend (she's actually my niece) she's like 45 and has had a stroke. She's recovering, but she is on government assistance and is facing some challenges in getting her therapy and medication. So we chatted for a good while. Did some good and did some not so good.

<img src="http://photos-ak.sp... Thu, 16 Apr 2015 06:50:51 EST Deliver me from temptation http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5911539 Yesterday was a controlled eating day. Later on in the evening I had a yearning for something sweet. The only thing I have in the house that are sweet juices and apple s. But that is not the kind of sweet I was desiring. Well because I have none of my desires in the house I could not indulge my sweet yearning. So it was drink water and go back to bed. I guess that is the key don't have your weaknesses available to temptation.

<img src="http://photos-ak.sparkpeople.com/nw/1/5/l15... Wed, 15 Apr 2015 01:50:57 EST
