Went to the collection area for the campers it was mayhem - young people & luggage. But through the chaos DS arose. So be was unusually loquacious-that's a good thing. I'm thankful for these things.

We had lunch at Olive Garden. I had chicken Caesar salad with minestrone. I did have 2 b... But when there are delays it's a mess. Arrived at airport 2 hours in advance, flight already delayed. 6pm flight leaves at 8:30p. Good thing I didn't have same night connection. There was a weather system in Miami which caused flights to back up. When we did take off the sky was like fireworks were going off. But the ride was smooth &the landing was excellent not a bump. So I'm back to airport to head to Tampa &collect DS.
<img src=... Sat, 16 Aug 2014 04:50:36 EST Riding in the Rain Again http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5760295 Going to collect DS today. So I'm flying off to Tampa, FL. We'll stay in FL until Wednesday.

Concluded the gym challenge - 0 weight loss, Body/Fat ratio the same and inches the same.

Rode bike last night - my riding partner claims it was 26miles. I was shocked. It actually rained at the beginning of the ride and I wanted to turn around because we'd only been riding 10 minutes or so by then. But I persisted. The rain was only in one spot - and it was like you were ... Fri, 15 Aug 2014 12:45:58 EST Hula Progress http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5759420 Zumba was good last night. Also on 2 occasions I got into a rhythm on the hula hoop. PROGRESS 104 . Listened to some Kenny G last night - bought back alot of memories. It made me want to have a candlelight bubble bath. I also went to hairdresser and had her put some colour in my hair. She says it looks nice - not sure I like it.

Thu, 14 Aug 2014 07:40:39 EST Feel like a Jerk http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5758762 Had a great time at aerobics last night. The class was really hyped and I have 90% of the steps down. Plus I'm jumping a little higher - more comfortable with the steps. The instructor is on a one month break. This is also the final week of the weight loss challenge at the gym. So I have to get weighed and interviewed.
I have been eating chicken all week. KFC Wings, Jerk chicken and nuts. No vegetables and no carbs (did have raisin bran cereal for breakfast the past 2 days). I'... Wed, 13 Aug 2014 08:14:58 EST Routine Chaos http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5758083 I feel like the past week I've been off programme. My calorie count is back up to the 2k mark consistently. My exercise has not been consistent. Like yesterday's swim was the first in about 7 days. I've been to aerobic and zumba class last week after having missed one or the other for a couple of weeks. Done some running. But all and all it seems a bit haphazard. I guess the only consistent thing has been the biking. I've not played tennis or ST in about 2 weeks. Been doing some hula... Tue, 12 Aug 2014 08:20:12 EST Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spiralized Zucchini http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5757331 I tried sun-dried tomatoes. It was so hot outside they actually burnt 334 . I put some fresh basil and thyme on them while they were being sun-dried. Haven't tasted them yet but will see later today. I also used my spiralizer finally. I used it on a zucchini. It was really nice and interesting. I only had one zucchini so it wasn't enough. I tried a cucumber but it was too soft. So just ended up cutting the cucumber up as usual.

While we were wrapping up our ride... Mon, 11 Aug 2014 07:07:54 EST
