Instead of beating myself up for not making my goals I'm going to be grateful that I didn't change for the worse. I'm still in about the same place I was last year. I've done a lot of positive things to get healthy, but need to step it up. I want to wear some of my skinny clothes again and dial down the knee pain. Here are my new goals. <BR> <BR> 1. When I lost weight about 5 years ago a lot of it had to do with getting up and some ungodly hour and doing my pilates dvd. Add a house, dog, and boyfriend and it gets a little hard to talk myself into the early mornings. Well I managed to get myself up at 5:30 and complete a 30 minute yoga dvd. I have to say I had a lot of energy and felt great today. I'm not going to get too crazy after one day, but it's a start. I'll see how it's going in the next couple weeks after I'm not coming off... Find an excercise that my daughter likes to do and is willing to do with me. Running was a bust but yoga has potential if I keep jillian michaels out of it. <BR> 3. Try morning workouts. <BR> 4.
