My son worked there and attended NOVA, now he attends VT. He asked if I could fix a cake for them and so on Tuesday I showed up with this. He has been working there while he is off for winter break. We drove to Harris Teeter and unloaded the bikes. We got on the Linton Hill Trail and rode 6 1/2 miles. I only hit the pavement once-My thought(Is my Bike OK?) I can't beleive I hit the pavement-I have front suspension on my new bike and when I stopped and leaned forward I fell off. The only thing hurt is my Pride. I was so surprised when I found the whole aerobic pool empty. I did 10 laps jogging around the pool then I did side walking to help strengthen my legs. <BR> Jogging in water is nothing like jogging on the treadmill- You just go slow and easy and you feel like a deer running. <em>312</em> I came home and had a veggie sub from Subway, and a 100 calories of light potato chips.
