BUT, I am preparing my kitchen for a partial redoing, so that is keeping me a little on the busy side. Today they are coming to measure for the new countertops, so I will have an install date this afternoon, I hope!!! I am looking to do quite a bit of reorganizing in the house in the next few months. Ok, so I ate out last Saturday, and went completely overboard!! I was looking forward to this morning, because it was my day to take my measurements for the second time. On some days, even though I have lost a good number of pounds, I still feel like I am not really any smaller in the midsection. So..... I was looking forward to seeing some positive results on a different level. And wow.... did I ever get them!!! I have lost a total of 14 inches, in ONE month!!!! Four of those inc... My new $10 waterproof earphones are working much better than the expensive ones that I bought 2 years ago. they barely lasted a season. Yesterday I spent about an hour doing some raking, which is excellent exercise!! But I am really happy about the fact that I do not have any muscle soreness what so ever.
