Sometimes I will make an excuse to go to my upstairs bathroom just so I can pay a visit to my scale. Linen service wasn't scheduled till the end of the week, so my hubby decided to head to the laundry mat and get them done. I joined spark last April fully committed or so I thought, but after only a few months life got in the way (as it always does). I completely lost my focus, but I'm ready now. Life is always going to be busy. I HAVE to make time for me, something that is very difficult in my very hectic life. I'm tired of being overweight and not feeling good. It is such a viscous cycle because when I eat poorly and feel bad, I beat myself up and sort of develop the "what's the use" mentality. 2011 is my time...
