Weight loss seems to be tapering off even though I still have a lot ot lose. This must be par for the course though. At least I haven't gained any weight. I will continue to eat as required and workout as required. The only thing that has changed is that I haven't been getting my yoga in on a daily basis. At least I'm not having any more days where I gain any weight. I'm now into Phase 2 of this plan. <BR> <BR> I have to be honest and say that I think that there is just too much food in this plan for me to eat it all in a day's time. Perhaps these menus were geared for someone younger in mind than me. I can proudly report in that I have lost another "0.4#"!!!! I've been feeling kinda down the last two days and wiped out. Could be from having been on a 950 calorie plan for the last ten days, eating the same foods day in and day out, and getting tired of the exercises I was doing. Just not into it the last two days. I know my muscles need toning and that begins to play around with the weight loss but, all in all, I believe it's going well. I'm staying on the food prescribed and I'm doing the workouts. I'm not following her strengthening workouts combined with jumping rope as I don't believe I'm able to jump rope just yet. Not there yet. Well I was perturbed about this but I know that it's all about achieving my final success and desires. I had never gone to a book sale like this so I decided to check it out. I was amazed at everything they had to pick from and the pricing was unbelievable.
