Sun, 22 Jan 2012 17:24:19 EST January Fitness Reflection It feels great to have accomplished so much this month. I knew I didn't want it to be another resolution that ended within a week. This website has helped me so much. I've been using fitness websites for years, but found this one to offer so much more. I'm able to join challenges, keep track of my fitness and food log, and even use a journal. This month has been great. Ive exercised almost everyday this month. It wasn't easy. I knew I wanted to take my fitness to a whole new level but I didn't know how. The ideas came to me, keep it simple, so that is what I planned to do. No crazy diets, just eating better. Working on my portion sizes has helped me loose weight and inches. I am so happy that I am moving forward, it is like a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
