As with every time I begin a "diet" my weight went up, 8#, I have lost 7 of that. I am pleased. I did not post activity today. I spent most the day outside washing pots. I have transplanted to larger pots. I am not waiting until fall to clean these. Most folks will put a bit of bleach in the water to kill bacteria. I used washing soda. Please, when you spray ANY chemical wear an industrial mask. I wore a one of lesser strength as I do often. That with other folks spraying, burning, etc was bad for asthma. Much in common. Pizza pieces were not huge, I took three and was not going for seconds. Did and found the Taco type, I forget the Cumin stays with me for hours. 4 of their size would equal two of any other buffet. I am pleased with my choices and limit.
