Now let me explain why this is such a big deal. Usually if I'm not well or stressed I am an emotional, comfort eater. So I would eat my way through nuts, biscuits, cheese, chocolate; make grilled cheese or macaroni cheese or anything fattening and comforting - whatever is available. But on the mend. + Well it's quite a while since I posted OR weighed in for that matter. I have been quite unwell and miserable. Dr's not sure what's going on. But I'm happy to say that although I haven't had any energy to exercise, I have stuck to my eating plan - around 1200-1300 cal's each day. this is a HUGE improvement for me!! Tue, 24 Jan 2012 08:15:15 EST First weigh-in.......woohoo Well today was my first weigh-in with SP and I'm so pleased that I have lost 1.5 kilos or 3.3 lbs. that's an immense effort for me. That brings me very close to hitting the 70's next week and that would be FANTASTIC. I'm so looking forward to seeing that number on the scales - you have no idea. I hit 1222 calories - close to my low goal of 1200 (1200 - 1500 is my goal each day). this is the best I've done & I feel quite satisfied - even managed a square of Lindt dark chocy to finish off the day. <BR> I also walked for 70 mins on quite a hot day, and lots of nasty hills to boot - not fun, but good for my weightloss. <BR> I really like having a range for eating that I can go between - takes away the angst when you go over your limit, & stops you beating yourse...
