I went back to the gym yesterday for the first time since I've been sick. I felt so great afterwards. And, I went again this morning. It's feels so great to be back on track and returning to my routine. I weighed in this morning at 141. That means my goal is only 7 pounds away! My cutter goal is to get down to 134 by the end of the year. I'm currently weighing in at 140/141 depending on the day. I was down to 136, but only for a brief time. My weight pretty much keeps sticking right at 140. It may go up or down a few pounds, but comes back every time to 140. I'm not sure what to do about this. I'm so glad to be home! The kitties were so excited to see us and loved all of attention. Back on track tomorrow with eating right - no eating out again for a while. Since there's no kitchen in the hotel, this unfortunately leads to a lot of eating out. Conveniently, there is a gym and a pool here, so I'm getting in lots of exercise time. I'm trying to stay on top of my eating and bring back lots of leftovers with me for another meal instead of trying to eat everything in one sitting. <BR> <BR> I think I'm going to hit the gym for some cardio and possibly even take a walk to Kohl's for some shopping...
