In some ways it went easier than expected in one way it felt like a struggle and it just felt LONG. I was also very tired.
Why was I tired? I was eating more fruit and veggies, because I wasn't eating meat.
The final night I ate a baked potato smothered in Earth Balance spread and pepper gravy. I felt like I gained five pounds I was so stuffed. If you had asked me to wager, I would have wagered a dollar, (the only amount I ever wager), that I had gained. <...
