I felt discouraged, but deep down there was a spark that ignited a blast of motivation. I started tracking my foods eaten on May 18th. Working out 5-6 days a week. Just recently(within a month or so) I searched through healthy recipes and started planning meals for the week, one week at a time. I have not had any jink food since before July 20th.
