I have seen 210 and 220. I have told myself that I would never let myself cross that threshold and see 230. I never ever ever thought I would let myself get to that point. Especially not when I weighed 174 pounds 2 summers ago. But I stepped on the scale yesterday morning and I saw 230.2. And I cried like a little baby. I have typed it numerous times on this site, the word binge. But I have never said it to anyone out loud before, in reference to myself. I have never told anyone in my "real" life that I binge eat. The last few months it has been really bad. I was bingeing 4-5 times a week, and not just overeating.
