STASHAHOLIC's SparkPeople Blog STASHAHOLIC's Blog on SparkPeople, home of free diet plans and a healthy living community This doesn't help People tell me I’m lucky being married to a chef. I just say 16 years and 60 lbs later I’m not sure! The only consolation was that there were a ton of dishes to do.

I’m afraid to get on the scale to tell you the truth. Then they changed it and I couldn't adjust. Stopped losing and even started gaining.

No point in paying for that - I can do that quite well on my own for free!

So my ...
